If you live in a flat apartment, or a house, that has very loud and annoying noisy neighbors on the other side of the brick wall, it can be annoying if it is seen as a daily problem to your ears. Usually, having noisy neighbours can be resolved; this is by talking to them and tell them to please keep them volume down on their subwoofers or speakers. If the next day you hear booming loud bass, or screaming loudness from their speakers, it is time you took action! You talking to them about their annoying music didnt give them the message to turn down their music.
So what you need is to buy a high powered amplifier and some loud subwoofers and some horn tweeters. Make sure the amplifier and subwoofers is at least a 1000 watts rms, tuned to 30 Hz, to give their walls a good shake and for the horn tweeters 150 rms watts will do them nicely. Once you have got all that audio gear, place the subwoofers next to the wall that you can hear noise through, do the same with the horn tweeters. Next purchase some ear defenders, for you own safety, put them on your ears and crack up the volume to the loudest level and leave it blasting for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes take the ear defenders off your ears, if they raise the volume and continue to blast their music through your walls, then leave it on for another 5 minutes. They will eventually give up because your audio setup is way to loud for them and that will be the end of you noisy neighbours for a long time!
